Privacy notice — English early access list

This notice explains how we handle your details when you join the Kervana English early access list at kervana.app/en. It covers this list only.

Who we are

The controller is Kervana. You can reach us at merhaba@kervana.app for any question about your data.

What we collect

• Your email address (required).
• Your country, if you choose one (optional).
• The date and time you gave consent, and the version of this notice you agreed to.

Why we use it

To send you one email when Kervana is available in English. Right after you sign up we also send a short confirmation email. We don’t send newsletters or offers, and we never sell or share your email for marketing.

Legal basis

Your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form. You can withdraw it at any time.

How long we keep it

Until we send the launch email, and no longer than 12 months after the end of this early access test. Then we delete it. If you unsubscribe, we delete it straight away.

Your rights

• Access: ask us what we hold about you.
• Deletion: ask us to delete your details.
• Withdraw consent: use the “Unsubscribe” link in any of our emails, or email merhaba@kervana.app.

You can also complain to the data protection authority in the country where you live.

Who processes it for us

• Supabase — database. Servers in the EU (Frankfurt).
• Vercel — website hosting. Application servers in the EU (Frankfurt); pages are delivered through a global network.
• Resend — sending the emails. EU region (Ireland).
• PostHog — cookie-free usage analytics, EU (Frankfurt). We record that someone joined the list (and the country, if chosen) but never your email address, and we don’t use cookies or work out your location.
